Our gluten-free pasta is made with high quality raw materials , which allow it to have an excellent resistance to cooking and maintain a consistency that is always al dente.

PROCESSING METHOD

  • We make doughs with balanced mixes of different flours and water.
  • The bronze drawing makes the pasta porous and able to better accommodate the sauce.
  • The long drying at low temperature allows us to preserve the quality and nutritional values ​​of the products.
FORMATS 
Our 500 g packs are recyclable in paper and contain both short and long pasta, on request for HoReCa we pack up to 5 kg.
