Fettuccine are the dry pasta's answer to tagliatelle, flatter and shorter. This "green" version with pea flour is a source of proteins and vitamins (especially A and E, but also B1, B2, B9, C, K and folic acid). Green peas contain various mineral salts (potassium, iron, phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, sulfur, sodium and zinc) and low in fat. They are also rich in soluble fiber, starches and sugars and are an ideal food for our body.
Preparation
The right ratio between water and pasta for optimal cooking is 1 liter of water per 100 gr of product. Pour the pasta into the boiling water and cook for 7-8 minutes. Drain, season to taste and serve.
